Only the DRIVER MUST HAVE NASCAR license, Charger Division or higher. Crew members do not have to have a NASCAR license.

Race weekend pit pass is $30; test day pass is $25.
Race week registration will open at 7 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of race week.
Registration on race weekend will be held in the trailer outside of the fourth-turn tunnel.
Anyone under 18 without a NASCAR license must have a completed minor’s release. Parent must sign the release during the registration process. No faxed or mailed releases. Minor’s release completed on test day is good for race weekend if all dates are completed. No one under 16 will be allowed in pits, even with parental permission.
Entry blanks will be available by early August. If you don’t receive one in the mail, e-mail mksmith@martinsvillespeedway.com and we will get you one.

Race will be run strictly by NASCAR Late Model Stock rulebook with following exceptions:
The engines allowed for this event will be as follows:
GM #88958602 (602) crate engine with the 390 CFM Holley HP80507-1 four barrel carburetor
GM #88959603 (603) crate engine with the 390 CFM Holley HP80507-1 four barrel carburetor
GM #24502609 (ZZ4) Crate Engine with the 390 CFM Holley HP80507-1 four barrel carburetor
Late Model built engine with the 350 CFM Holley 2300 list # 7448 or the 2300 HP two barrel carburetor
All cars must maintain a minimum weight of 3,100 pounds with a minimum right side weight of 1,400 pounds.
The shock absorbers must be hydraulic twin tube shocks only. No gas charged shocks
Quick change or nine inch Ford rear axle assemblies will be permitted
The tire rule for the event will be the Hoosier F45. Tires must be purchased at track. Competitors must purchase four new tires for qualifying and the race and will be limited to these four tires for qualifying and race.
For the weekend event the competitors may purchase up to four new tires for practice. They will be limited to four new tires for practice.
Fuel must test equal to the track fuel that will be available for purchase.
Wheelbase: 105 to 108 inches
The only drivers allowed to compete will be Limited Sportsman or any Charger Division drivers, or any Late Model Stock Car driver that has competed in no more than a total of five Late Model Stock Car Feature Division Events within the last ten years. No Touring Series Drivers, past or present, of any sanctioning body will be allowed to compete. Open Test
Wednesday, September 16
Haulers can begin staging the day before (September 15).
Registration begins at 6 a.m. on September 16 at the main ticket office.

Infield gates open at 7 a.m. for haulers to enter.
On track from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with hour break at noon.
Hoosier Tire will be onsite for tire sales.
Sunoco fuel truck will also be on site for fuel sale.
Pit passes are $25.
Grandstands will be open to fans at no charge.
Official Entry Blanks will be mailed out around September 1, 2009. The entry blank must be completed and received by Martinsville Speedway by September 16, 2009. There is a resume section on the entry that must be completed.
